Decorating Simplified!
We know you’re ready to jump in with all sorts of creative decorating ideas! We’ve made it easy for you to add your finishing touches by including the measurements of all the most common places people add decor other than your tablescapes.

Note: Because we are a historic landmark you may not glue, tape, stick, adhere, nail, tack anything to our walls, fixtures, furniture, etc. Please ask us if you or your decorator have any questions.
2 Fireplace Mantels
Black marble mantle is 66” wide by 16” deep.
Fireplace Inset is 4ft wide by 47” tall and 11” deep.
Working outlet is mounted on the wall 30” above with NO nail to hang photos. Larger prints need to be leaned against the wall.
Window Wells (2 QTY)
Located in each stairwell leading to the Mezzanine these measure 30” wide by 9” deep.
Commonly LED candles, greenery or flower compotes are added to this space.
Mezzanine Bar
Measures 9.4” long by 24” deep. LED lights in the glass can be changed to match your event colors.
The Vault
15ft to the Bars by 8ft wide.
Ledge above the banquette seating is 5” deep (candles not included)
LED lighting under the seating can be changed to match your event colors. LED up-lights on back vault door are additional with your DJ or our lighting packages.
Heating Covers (3QTY)
Located in the Mezzanine Bar the black marble top measures 60” long by 12” deep.
Often LED candles or greenery are added here.
Carpeted Riser/Stage
These carpeted risers can are 8” tall and can be 6’x12’ or 6’x8’. For large headtables, they can be used to make a 2nd row of tables at an elevated height to see all wedding party members or can be used for speakers/presentations.
2 Marble Accent Tables
4’ by 3’ original black marble bank tables often used for decorating in front of the vault columns or added to the Bank Table Bar for additional storage.
Mezzanine Sign (1 QTY)
Insert measures 22” wide by 32” tall. Must be printed on a ridged material to stand up within like a thin foam core or 4mm coroplast. Slides in from the top.
1 Marble Bank Table Bar
6’ by 3’ original black marble bank table that makes a great additional bar in the ballroom. Must be moved by us due to their historic nature & weight.
Balcony Ledge
A popular location for greenery, flower cascades, or balloon installations.
Length: 33.5 ft Railing Width: 7”
Heavy weight fishing line or long zip ties are commonly used to secure balloons and flowers to the ledge. Please see us for additional instructions.

Ballroom Bar
Measures 9ft long with it’s widest measurement being 33” in the center down to 26” as it tapers to each end. LED Lights can change different colors to the glass front based on your event colors.
2 Marble Bank Tables
6’ by 3’ original black marble bank tables often used for event registration tables, gift table, sign-in book table, escort cards or dessert table. Note: Date can be changed to your event date, but is permanently fixed to the table (can’t be moved). We also must move these for you due to their historic nature & weight.
