Grande Hall Decor Inventory (Main Floor + Mezzanine)

Please note that our tables are a combination of both wood and plastic. The food tables can hold heavier weight than the plastic (good if you have tall heavy centerpieces). Tablecloths are recommended for all due to their frequent use.
300 QTY Mahogany Chiavari Chairs
Features a ‘diamond back’ design, with ivory vinyl padded seat. Support up to 500lbs.
10 QTY 6ft Banquet Tables
An assortment of wood and plastic 6’ by 30” tables. Typically used for food/gift tables, but can also be used for dining. Sits 6 (3 per side).

14 QTY 6ft Classroom Tables
Assorted 6’ by 18” classroom tables are typically used for back catering tables or for meeting style seating. Sits 3 for meetings.

Carpeted Riser/Stage
These carpeted risers can are 8” tall and can be 6’x12’ or 6’x8’. For large headtables, they can be used to make a 2nd row of tables at an elevated height to see all wedding party members or can be used for speakers/presentations.
2 Marble Accent Tables
4’ by 3’ original black marble bank tables often used for decorating in front of the vault columns or added to the Bank Table Bar for additional storage (see header photo at the top of this page).

On the Mezzanine in the Director’s Room
40 QTY 5ft Tables
An assortment of wood and plastic 5ft round tables. Can seat 8 comfortably or up to 10 people; however, it gets very tight.

Assorted 30” round by 42” tall bistro tables are typically used for cocktail hour tables.

30” round short cafe tables are typically used for cocktail hour tables or a sweetheart table.

1 Marble Bank Table Bar
6’ by 3’ original black marble bank table that makes a great additional bar in the ballroom. Must be moved by us due to their historic nature & weight. (see header photo at the top of this page).
70” Flatscreen TV
On the Mezzanine in the Director’s Room. This space is often used as a Groom’s Suite and you can bring your own HDMI cable to hook up gaming, streaming TV shows, etc. We do NOT provide any of the cables, fire sticks, etc.
18 QTY 4ft Tables
4ft wood round tables can seat 4 comfortably or up to 6 people; however, it gets very tight.
Often used for cocktail tables, sweetheart table, cake or gift table.

14 QTY 8ft Banquet Tables
An assortment of wood and plastic 8’ by 30” tables. Typically used for food/gift tables, but can also be used for dining. Sits 8 (4 per side).

2 Marble Bank Tables
6’ by 3’ original black marble bank tables often used for event registration tables, gift table, sign-in book table, escort cards or dessert table. Note: Date can be changed to your event date, but is permanently fixed to the table (can’t be moved). We also must move these for you due to their historic nature & weight.
